Through our partnerships, Maritime Insurance provides client representation to the below list of companies. This allows Maritime Insurance to offer a variety of coverages that serve all boating needs.

Surplus Lines

The traditional insurance carriers are not going to be able to insure every risk, particularly those with non-standard underwriting criteria. Surplus lines insurance is coverage that is not accessible through admitted insurance carriers but can lawfully be placed with qualified non-admitted companies, which may be based outside of the country. Maritime Insurance, LLC is a surplus lines agent and is able to provide its customers with surplus coverage if necessary. Risks that may require this type of coverage would be high value yachts moored in certain locations, yachts moored outside of the U.S., and yachts with special navigational requirements.
