This is where we started! Not only do we know the insurance market for these types of risks, but we got started managing and owning these types of properties. It is our belief that this insider's view provides us a unique perspective that benefits our customers. As owners, the two things we disliked most was (1) competitive bidding meant you had to get an earful from whomever didn't get the account and (2) we were never certain whether what we were being shown was the best out there or simply the best market the agent had access to.

Based on this experience, we have tailored our approach to the customer's circumstances, and we define this up front. We have the ability to canvas the market reaching all of the major insurers in this niche OR just pick from those markets your current agent might not have access to. Once we have furnished our best quote we present the results. Our primary goal is always to gain your business, but if we don't, we certainly want to leave the bridge intact and have another opportunity at a later date.
