Maritime Insurance, LLC will collect personal and private information from its customers and share that information with insurance companies and their adjustors, surveyors, contractors, subcontractors, assigns, and associates for the purpose of obtaining insurance policy quotes, securing insurance coverage/policies, filing, adjusting, and paying claims, and performing other insurnace-related processing and functions. Personal/private information shall also be kept on file by Maritime Insurance, LLC for the purpose of maintaining client files and processing data in accordance with SC law. Maritime Insurance, LLC does not sell personal/private information, but shall release such information to legal authorities if required by law enforcement or judicial order.

Terms of Use: Insurance policies and/or coverage cannot be bound or made effective via this website. Insurance quotes or quotations do not constitute insurance coverage or a "bound" status. Insurance coverage is only effective when an insurance binder and/or policy has been issued with the express knowledge and intent of Maritime Insurance, LLC and only for the effective term stipulated in the binder and/or policy issued while customer is in good standing in compliance with his/her responsibilities under the policy or binder.
